Your privacy controls
Delete your Tarot Echoes account
You can request permanent deletion of your Tarot Echoes account and the synced data connected to it. You do not need the Android app installed to make this request.
How to request deletion
- If you currently have a website Premium subscription, open your Tarot Echoes account and use Manage Billing to cancel the subscription first so future renewals stop.
- Open Contact & Support using the button below.
- Use the same email address connected to your Tarot Echoes account. In the subject, write Delete my Tarot Echoes account and associated data.
Your Tarot Echoes login, profile/display name, cloud-synced reading history, favorites, reminders, account preferences, and the Premium-access association connected to that account.
What may remain
Local-only copies stored on a device can remain until that browser/app data is cleared or the app is removed. Payment transaction records held by a payment processor, or records needed for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or legal obligations, may also be retained where applicable.
Processing time
Tarot Echoes aims to complete verified account-deletion requests within 7 days. If we need additional information to verify the account or resolve an active subscription, we will contact you using the email provided with the request.
