Tarot Echoes

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Please read these terms before using Tarot Echoes or purchasing Premium. By accessing the site, creating an account, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. What Tarot Echoes provides

Tarot Echoes provides digital tarot, astrology, numerology, reflective guidance, educational material, and related interactive features. Some features are available without charge, while others require a Tarot Echoes Premium subscription.

2. Reflection and entertainment

Readings and interpretations are provided for reflection, inspiration, education, and entertainment. They are not fixed predictions and are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or safety advice.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of any information presented by Tarot Echoes.

3. Accounts and account security

4. Cloud sync and saved information

Signed-in accounts may synchronize supported reading history, favorites, reminders, account settings, and Premium status across devices. Cloud sync is provided as a convenience and should not be treated as a guaranteed permanent archive. Features may have storage limits, and technical interruptions may temporarily delay synchronization.

Details about information collection, storage, deletion requests, and service providers are explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Premium subscriptions and recurring billing

Tarot Echoes Premium is offered through monthly and annual recurring subscription plans. The price, billing interval, and currency shown at Stripe Checkout are the terms that apply to your purchase.

6. Payment processing

Payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe. Tarot Echoes does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Canceling Premium

You may cancel your subscription online from your Tarot Echoes account by selecting Manage Billing and completing the cancellation in Stripe’s customer portal.

Unless the portal clearly states otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You keep Premium access through that date, and the subscription will not renew afterward. Canceling does not normally provide a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.

If you experience difficulty canceling, use the contact form promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

8. Refunds and billing problems

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. Refund requests may be reviewed individually for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, serious technical failures, or other appropriate circumstances.

To report a billing problem, contact Tarot Echoes as soon as reasonably possible and include the account email and relevant transaction date. Do not send full payment-card information through the contact form.

9. Premium access and feature changes

Premium provides access to the paid features displayed on the site at the time of use. Tarot Echoes may improve, replace, add, reorganize, or discontinue features. Changes will not intentionally remove paid access during an active billing period without a reasonable substitute, account adjustment, or other remedy where appropriate and required.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

11. Suspension or termination

Tarot Echoes may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, serious violations of these terms, or risks to other users or the service. You may stop using Tarot Echoes at any time. Ending an account does not automatically reverse completed subscription charges.

12. Availability and third-party services

The site may be changed, interrupted, delayed, or unavailable at times. Some functions depend on third-party services, including Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, location or time-zone services, and external image sources. Tarot Echoes is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.

13. Intellectual property

The Tarot Echoes name, branding, written site content, layout, original interpretations, software presentation, and original materials are reserved by the project owner. Traditional Rider–Waite–Smith imagery is used from a public-domain source; later recolorings, restorations, or third-party versions may have separate rights.

You may use Tarot Echoes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or create a competing copy from protected Tarot Echoes content or code without permission.

14. No guarantees

Tarot Echoes is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that every interpretation will apply to your circumstances, that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that saved information will never be lost. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarot Echoes and its owner are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, reliance on a reading, service interruption, account misuse, or third-party services. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when features, subscriptions, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced on the site or through an account-related notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to rights provided by law.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms, account access, cancellation, or billing can be submitted through the Tarot Echoes contact form.

These terms are intended to clearly explain the operation of Tarot Echoes. They do not waive consumer rights that apply under local, state, federal, or other applicable law.
